Construction Project Director

Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky manages and closes new business opportunities through personal business development and marketing activities. You will collaborate with property owners and managers for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services following man-made or natural disasters. Your role includes overseeing sales, revenue, profit margins, accounts receivable, business development, estimating, customer satisfaction, and internal team coordination.

• Effective accounts receivable and collections management
• Managing near-term opportunities and lead closure
• Engaging in business development activities and client interactions
• Proficient estimating and customer satisfaction assurance
• Internal team collaboration and coordination

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in construction or restoration industry
• Expertise in construction estimating and project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and social media platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of financial processes and administration
• Business ethics, integrity, autonomy, and OSHA certifications preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
