Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky will be responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties affected by disasters. Collaborating closely with property owners and managers, you will develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services. The role involves sales, revenue generation, profit margin management, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Sales achievement and contract negotiation.
• Revenue oversight and project team collaboration.
• Profit margin development and cost supervision.
• AR & Collections management and customer satisfaction focus.
• Managing near-term opportunities and business development activities.
• Ensuring estimating proficiency and flawless coordination with internal teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing, business development, and sales experience in restoration or construction.
• Construction estimating and project management expertise.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and estimating software.
• Strong communication skills and project financial knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
