Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development and marketing activities. This role involves working with commercial, industrial, government, and residential property owners to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services post-disasters.
Responsibilities
- Sales

- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Working and coordinating with internal teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry
- Extensive construction estimating experience
- Understanding of Xactimate and other estimating software
- Strong project management and financial skills
- Business ethics, integrity, and autonomy
- OSHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
