Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties damaged by disasters. Working closely with owners and managers, the Project Director develops cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services. The role involves sales, revenue management, profit margin oversight, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Sales and negotiation.
- Driving revenue production in line with goals.
- Managing profit margins and project budgets.
- Effective AR & Collections management.
- Close collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing and sales experience in restoration or construction.
- Strong project management and financial acumen.
- Proficiency in Xactimate & CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
