Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties affected by disasters. You will work on developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services, collaborating closely with property owners and managers.
Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in restoration or construction industry
- Construction estimating and large-loss experience
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Xactimate
- Strong communication skills and project management knowledge
- Business ethics and integrity
- OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
