Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky plays a pivotal role in managing and closing new business opportunities for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services in commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties. Working closely with property owners, the Project Director is responsible for cost estimation, revenue production, profit margins, customer satisfaction, and internal team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Sales, revenue, and profit margin oversight
• Accounts receivable management and collections
• Business development, estimating proficiency, and customer satisfaction focus
• Close communication and collaboration with internal teams for project success

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration/construction
• Construction estimating or large-loss experience
• Knowledge of Xactimate and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills and project management knowledge
