Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Analyst to join our team at Fresno First Bank. As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing credit risk, analyzing financial information, and supporting loan officers in managing customer relationships. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the bank's credit quality while helping customers achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze financial data from borrowers to evaluate creditworthiness.
- Assist in preparing credit reports and annual loan reviews.
- Monitor loan compliance and payment activities, contacting customers as needed.
- Collaborate with loan officers to process and service loans according to bank policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the bank in community events to promote business growth and enhance the bank's image.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in financial analysis and loan processing.
- Knowledge of commercial, real estate, and consumer loans.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid California driver's license and vehicle with insurance coverage.
Compensation
$23-$38 per hour
