Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in sales generation and customer focus through authentic relationships.
  • Maintain store presentation by stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns.
  • Inspire the team to exceed business goals and contribute ideas for business growth.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years retail sales experience with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
