Director of Maintenance

Join Rockwell Care as our Director of Maintenance and play a pivotal role in elevating our facility to new heights. Located in Yucca Valley, the 58-bed Joshua Tree Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced individual to lead our maintenance projects and oversee housekeeping and laundry services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute maintenance projects for the facility.
• Coordinate housekeeping and laundry services to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in one or more of the following areas: general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing/electrical, or appliance maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm with on-call responsibilities.

Salary: $50,000 - $54,000 per year
