Dispatcher

Job Description

We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team at Rich Transport LLC. As a key member of the dispatch department, you will be responsible for managing driver operations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining effective communication with load planners and coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain Bill of Lading information, ETAs, PTAs, and trailer numbers.
• Monitor and communicate any delays to the appropriate departments.
• Conduct daily check calls on drivers and assist in load planning as needed.
• Keep track of driver hours and maintain accurate records.
• Promote a positive work environment by maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Ability to work well under pressure and communicate effectively with various teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and McLeod database.
• Experience in building manifests and load splitting for efficient deliveries.
