Job Description
Our District Manager Internship at Aldi provides a unique opportunity for current college students to gain hands-on experience within our multi-million dollar business operations. You will work closely with district managers, learning crucial skills and insights that make Aldi America's fastest-growing grocery retailer.
Responsibilities
- Acquire knowledge and understanding of store operations through shadowing a store manager or manager trainee.
- Participate in customer walks, store tours, and store resets.
- Assist with administrative tasks, hiring processes, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance store conditions and employee performance.
- Attend trainings and meetings to develop subject matter knowledge.
- Maintain professionalism by meeting objectives thoroughly and on time.
Education and Experience
In current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in business or related field.
