Job Description
The Production Supervisor at Keurig Dr Pepper manages and coordinates production personnel activities for packaging beverage products on high-speed production lines, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. This full-time position is on the 3rd shift from 10:00pm to 6:30am, Monday-Friday, with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coach production operators following schedules for multiple packaging lines.
- Manage labor and expenses to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate beverage packaging to prevent waste and maintain safety standards.
- Ensure equipment is operational and maintain safe working conditions.
- Analyze production records to identify and implement process improvements.
- Train, evaluate, and develop team members to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Background in can lines or beverage production preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma experience advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
