This program provides comprehensive training and growth opportunities in the evolving power generation sector. As an Entry Level Generator Technician entering our TechPath Training Program, you will participate in a six-week immersive training experience. This program combines classroom learning, hands-on activities, and supervised fieldwork to equip you with the necessary skills for success in the power generation industry. After completing the program, you will become part of a skilled technician team, contributing to project success and gaining valuable real-world experience.
