Field Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

Job Description

We are looking for a detailed-oriented Field Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team at ITECH Holding LLC, a leading security solutions integrator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling field service technicians to ensure efficient service delivery across the U.S. Responsibilities include planning routes, managing schedules, and fostering strong relationships with customers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule field service trips to meet operational and sales goals.
• Coordinate equipment availability and shipping times with job scheduling.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries and issue resolution.
• Track job progress and update relevant stakeholders.
• Continuously improve work planning and control processes.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of dispatch and/or customer service experience.

Compensation

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
