General Manager - 40 Hour Work Week

Join the Shake Shack team as a General Manager and lead our modern-day 'roadside' burger stand known for its delicious classic burgers, fries, and more. As a positive and enthusiastic leader, you will drive hospitality, inspire your team, and uphold our high standards of excellence and community involvement. We offer a 40-hour work week during our manager training program, followed by up to 50 hours post-training to meet the Shack's needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed financial and profitability goals.
• Lead the management life cycle and oversee inventory, quality, and safety.
• Manage employee relations, payroll, and scheduling.
• Establish and build community relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to drive hospitality, coach, develop others, and manage P&L responsibilities.
