Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Whole Foods Team Member - Inventory to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a team member, you will be responsible for ordering, replenishing, and merchandising specialty products, ensuring timely and accurate orders to monitor inventory turns. You will create effective merchandising displays, participate in promotional programs, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a passion for natural foods, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Purchases and replenishes specialty items through proper buying procedures.
• Creates effective merchandising displays and ensures proper signage and pricing.
• Participates in national, regional, and store promotional programs.
• Provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs promptly.
• Maintains a clean and organized back stock area and controls product waste.

Experience

• 12+ months retail experience.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in various temperature environments.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Completion of TIPS course if applicable.
