Generator Field Service Technician

We are looking to expand our team by adding a skilled Generator Field Service Technician at Kinsley Power Systems. As a family-owned business with over 55 years of industry experience, we are dedicated to delivering top-tier generator service, sales, and rentals by exceeding customer expectations in a rewarding work environment.

Generator Field Service Technician Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems.
• Troubleshoot, conduct diagnostic testing, load-bank testing, and start-ups on generators.
• Prepare accurate quotes for repairs and complete/submit work orders.
• Possess previous experience working on residential or industrial generators.
• Showcase exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Be safety-focused with the ability to participate in an on-call rotating schedule.
• Provide your own tools such as a multi-meter and hand-tools.
• Hold an OSHA 10 certification (or attain one).
• Have a valid DOT Card and driver's license.
