Job Description: Grill Sales Associate

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a warm, inviting shopping environment.
- Assist customers in finding grill equipment.
- Ensure the store is neat and organized.

- Collaborate with vendors and inventory teams for efficient sales.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30lbs.
- Capable of kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Must work outdoors in all weather conditions.
