Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Manager to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to our residents in the assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
Required Hours: Sundays and Mondays 6am-2pm
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
- Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and safety regulations.
- Promote life enrichment activities for residents.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED (may be required).
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Good communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
