Responsibilities
- Receiving route paperwork, truck, and trailer assignments
- Conducting pre and post-trip inspections according to DOT regulations
- Ensuring proper load securement and distribution
- Following route plans and meeting delivery requirements
- Completing store clean-outs and return center shipments as needed
- Reporting hours of service accurately and complying with ELD regulations
- Maintaining the vehicle and reporting any issues promptly
