Job Description

As a Home Health Aide at Sunrise Senior Living, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Building meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, attending to individual care needs, and ensuring a comfortable living environment are key responsibilities of this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Build relationships with residents and families, getting to know their preferences and personalities.
• Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and promotion of risk management programs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Maintain a caring and supportive environment for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma/GED and relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in the best interest of residents.
