Company Background: KEI Outdoors is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at the Temecula/Vail Lake KOA campground. As a family business dedicated to creating unforgettable outdoor experiences, we are seeking a talented individual to lead our housekeeping department.

Property Information: The Temecula/Vail Lake KOA offers a scenic camping experience in Southern California. With over 450 RV sites and new accommodation units being added, we strive to provide top-notch customer service and exceptional amenities amidst a picturesque setting.

Job Information: This full-time role involves overseeing housekeeping operations, scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness standards. The position reports to the Assistant General Manager and offers benefits such as health insurance and paid vacation.

Leadership Responsibilities: The Housekeeping Manager will manage staff, ensure high cleanliness standards, coordinate with other departments, and handle customer service-related tasks. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.

Requirements: Candidates should have at least 2 years of housekeeping experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Preferred skills include being bilingual and organized.
