The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources Management, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance with employment laws, and regulations. Rare Collectible TV is dedicated to offering collectors exceptional rare coins and unique collectibles, celebrating exceptional craftsmanship and history.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure legal compliance of HR policies with employment laws.
• Manage employee relations and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, time tracking, and recordkeeping.
