As an Insurance Advisor at Comma Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in providing prospect-focused insurance solutions to a network of trusted referral partners. Your responsibilities include advising clients on selecting the right insurance products to protect themselves and their families, building prospect pipelines, and delivering exceptional service in-line with our values.

Responsibilities

• Interact proactively and professionally with prospects, clients, and colleagues.
• Build trust and provide informed recommendations over digital channels.
• Equip prospects with accurate product information and options efficiently.
• Cultivate new business contacts through various channels.
• Process new policies and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid P&C and Life Insurance License.
• Previous sales experience and a genuine desire to help people.
• Proficient in technology and strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, build relationships, and follow a consistent sales process.
