Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Cost Analyst with fluency in Japanese to join the TOYOTI1 team at our cutting-edge manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a key member of our finance department, you will handle cost accounting, manage material transactions, and collaborate with our Japan team to optimize production costs using CADIOS.
Responsibilities
- Become the CADIOS subject matter expert.
- Analyze monthly variances and enhance CADIOS usage with our Japan team.
- Direct Fixed Asset inventory management.
- Assist departments in ROI analysis for new projects.
- Contribute to the budget planning process by developing labor and cost budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification preferred.
- 10 years of related experience with expertise in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
- Fluency in Japanese is required.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
