Join us at Sunrise Senior Living as a Lead Care Manager and make a difference every day in the lives of our residents. As the Lead Care Manager, you will oversee a team of Care Managers, ensuring quality care and services are provided in alignment with individualized service plans.
Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise team members and provide support with daily care activities.
- Document care provided and ensure compliance with policies.
- Cover shifts as needed, including holidays and weekends.
- Participate in meetings and organize resident assignments.
Other Responsibilities:
- Assist with medication administration if required.
- Support new team members with onboarding and training.
- Maintain a safe environment and report incidents promptly.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior experience in senior care preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm in difficult situations.
