Lead Grain Elevator Operator - 1st Shift

Job Description

PHM Brands is seeking a Lead Grain Elevator Operator for 1st Shift. The Lead Operator oversees all elevator operations, including inventory management, directing crew, ensuring paperwork accuracy, promoting safety, and handling product transfers.

Lead Elevator Operator Responsibilities:

• Manage bin inventory levels and truck identification.
• Supervise crew activities and ensure accurate daily paperwork.
• Promote safety protocols and facilitate shift handoffs.
• Communication between Mill and Elevator Departments.
• Perform all elevator duties effectively.

Lead Elevator Operator Qualifications:

• HS Graduate or GED preferred.
• Grain handling experience and computer skills.
• On-the-job and safety training provided.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot.
• Flexible hours and basic driving skills required.

Working Conditions:
