Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join ThedaCare at Juliette Manor in Berlin, Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide specialized, evidence-based nursing care under the supervision of healthcare professionals, ensuring compassionate and safe patient outcomes through collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data to assist in care planning.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin LPN Licensure.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, sharp objects, and hazardous materials.
• Standing, walking, and transporting patients or equipment.
