Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing efficient nursing care to patients and contributing to their well-being.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
