Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver efficient nursing care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. The LPN will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess patients, administer treatments, and supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.

Position Highlights:

• Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to care planning and assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
