Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver efficient nursing care, administer medications, perform treatments, and supervise patient care. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current license by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
