Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. As an integral part of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, contributing to care planning, administering medications, and supervising patient care.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
