Job Description
Mountain Ridge, part of Genesis HealthCare, is seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. As an LPN, you will deliver efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
