Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pheasant Wood for Part Time Evening and Night Shift positions. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
