Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Crestwood. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.

- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification where required.
