Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated LPN to join our team at Vocational Instruction Project Community Services Inc. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of the Nurse Manager to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring our clients receive the best possible support and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Promote professionalism and respect in all client interactions.
• Administer medication following policies and procedures.
• Monitor clients for intoxication and medication side effects.
• Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing.
• Assist clients in adhering to the prescribed plan of care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Current NYS LPN License and Infection Control Certificate.
• Minimum one year of LPN experience, preferably in substance abuse treatment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in English language and computer skills.
