Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and ensure a high-quality living experience.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections in various areas including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.
• Maintain building safety, cleanliness, and coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
• Handle emergency maintenance outside standard hours as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in painting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
