Marketing Manager

Job Description

Join PBK Architects as a Marketing Manager and play a key role in managing regional marketing workflow to drive the firm's success. This position involves overseeing the integration of corporate marketing functions, conducting research, and refining marketing strategies. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, ensuring the firm's qualifications are accurately represented in responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, assign, and expedite marketing production assignments.
• Manage research, due diligence, and post-mortem procedures to enhance marketing techniques.
• Develop firm-wide processes for efficient marketing production.
• Lead the creation of responses to RFQs and coordinate efforts with architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Maintain creative control over marketing materials appearance and information.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1+ year of team management experience and 4-7 years in A/E/C industry marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
