Responsibilities
- Administer medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Document medication administration and provide resident care following the Six Rights of Medication Pass.
- Communicate resident and family concerns, attend meetings, and contribute to team success.
- Maintain a safe environment, comply with safety regulations, and participate in training sessions.
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED; certifications in CPR and First Aid.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Desire to care for seniors with empathy and respect.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
