Job Description
Marion County Health & Human Services is seeking a compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professional to join their team as a Mental Health Therapist 2 for the Enhanced Care Services and Enhanced Care Outreach Services programs. In this role, you will provide behavioral health services to individuals with complex mental health disorders, supporting their recovery and transition to less intensive environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, provide therapy, and crisis intervention services.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavioral support plans.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders for comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation per Marion County HHS policy.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (or in progress as QMHP).
- At least one year of post-Master's experience for Mental Health Therapist 2.
- Licensure or eligibility for LCSW, CSWA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment protocols, and community resources.
