Mental Health Therapist Clinical Supervisor

Join our team at Southwest Center for HIV AIDS INC as a Clinical Supervisor. In this role, you will supervise staff clinicians and interns to deliver comprehensive Behavioral Health services. The program aims to provide culturally responsive therapy services, emphasizing inclusivity and health equity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee caseloads, productivity, and board requirements of staff clinicians/interns.
• Coordinate patient care and facilitate assessment, evaluation, and planning.
• Manage discharge plans and collaborate with care team members for quality patient care.
• Provide supervision, training, and support to the Behavioral Health team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• Independently licensed and registered as a Clinical Supervisor in Arizona.
• 5+ years of counseling experience with 3+ years as a Clinical Supervisor.
• Proficient in HIPAA, Microsoft Office, and EMRs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
