MLT or MLS (part-time)

Rivers Edge Hospital is currently seeking a part-time MLT or MLS to join our Lab team. Responsibilities

• Handle specimen processing, test analysis, and result reporting following lab procedures.
• Participate in Proficiency Testing Program and maintain accurate patient records.
• Identify and address issues impacting test performance and report results.
• Comply with federal and state regulations (OSHA, CLIA) and maintain lab equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Laboratory Science or equivalent OR Associate Degree in Biology/Chemistry.
• Certification/Registration as MT/MLS or MLT within one year of employment.
• Certified with ASCP, HEW, HHS, or ASMT, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certified.
• Ability to travel to different work sites with transportation.

Salary and Benefits

• Hourly wage range: MLT: $25.74 - $32.41 | MLS: $31.14 - $41.19
• $5,000 bonus at hire and anniversary (up to $15,000 total)
