Job Description
We are currently seeking a National Sales Manager to join The Barth Agency. As the National Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our successful sales team, building a strong client base, and expanding our agency's reach. This is a remote position with unlimited growth and income potential.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and train sales agents to achieve sales goals.
- Contact potential clients via warm leads to offer life insurance solutions.
- Act as a consultant to help clients find insurance plans that meet their needs.
- Work with over 50+ life insurance carriers to offer competitive premiums.
Requirements
- Life insurance producer license in resident state (assistance provided).
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and coachable.
- Experience in life insurance sales (a plus but not required).
