We are looking for a Part-Time Personal Banker I to join our team at Civista Bank. As a Personal Banker I, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining customer relationships, providing solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals, and supporting the retail banking team. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers in opening accounts, meeting cross-sell goals, and resolving issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to provide exceptional service and support.
• Maintain operational efficiency by ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of previous teller experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn new software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work on computer screens and concentrate under various work conditions.
• Capacity to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Occasional travel may be required for meetings and training sessions.
