Key Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor chemical distribution and usage routes.
• Schedule and oversee field work for efficiency and quality.
• Promote lead generation and sales within the field service team.
• Maintain quality control standards and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure proper training, documentation, and appearance of the service team.
• Review and maintain accurate service records and paperwork.
• Manage callbacks, emergency visits, and compliance with contracts.

Requirements

• NYSDEC 7A, 7F, 7C certifications required.
• Two-year college degree preferred.
• Five years of pest control experience or similar industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with PestPac software is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary: $52,000 - $70,000 per year.
