Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee key processes, deliverables, and timelines for assigned digital products.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure clear communication of vision and priorities.
• Identify insights in the recruiting landscape to drive business growth opportunities.
• Develop user feedback mechanisms and manage feature prioritization and release processes.
• Champion agile development practices and manage A/B tests for performance optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in digital or e-commerce products.
• Proficiency in roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and agile development methodologies.
• Strong technical skills with tools like JIRA, ClickUp, or Confluence.
• Ability to translate user requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytic, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's degree and strong communication and time management skills.
