We are hiring an Overnight Baker to join our team at Einstein Bros Bagels. As an important member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for baking fresh bagels for our in-house and catering services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and capable of working independently during the 12am-6am shifts.

Responsibilities

• Bake a variety of bagels for in-house and catering needs.
• Check and adjust prep amounts to fulfill operational requirements.
• Work autonomously to complete baking tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in baking or food preparation preferred.
• Strong time management skills and punctuality.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
