Production Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Production Operator I to join our team at PHM Brands for the 2nd shift. As a Production Operator I, you will be responsible for ensuring that finished products are packaged accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain finished package weights to meet specifications.
• Set up and calibrate packer scale weights before each run.
• Conduct checks on finished package weights throughout the production run.
• Bag, seal, and palletize finished products neatly and securely.
• Pull samples for analysis and perform quality checks as required.
• Clean and sanitize packing and loading areas regularly.
• Provide training to new and existing personnel in packaging functions.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and communicate in English.
• Capable of working independently and in flexible hours.

Working Conditions

• Physically demanding role with exposure to various elements and equipment hazards.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in challenging climates.
