Responsibilities

• Qualify or disqualify potential clients and projects.
• Estimate projects and present proposals to clients.
• Manage projects to meet margin and sales goals.
• Coordinate equipment/material purchases and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Oversee permit issuance and inspections.
• Ensure safety compliance on job sites.
• Coordinate workforce scheduling and equipment commissioning.
• Facilitate project training, acceptance, and warranty procedures.
• Document customer interactions and opportunities in CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management.
• 5-7 years of sales experience.
• 2-3 years of sales leadership experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
