Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Regional Community Director to join our team at Property Management, Inc. The selected candidate will oversee operational and financial aspects of scattered site apartment communities in Pennsylvania, focusing on achieving key performance indicators and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure occupancy targets are met through effective leasing and resident retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to optimize property performance and achieve financial goals.
  • Participate in budgeting processes and maintain in-depth market knowledge.
  • Build strong client and vendor relationships for long-term success.
  • Implement reputation management strategies to enhance brand image.
  • Lead talent development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Contribute to marketing plans and business pitching activities.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Regional Portfolio Manager role (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of large multi-family property management experience (500+ units).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software, preferably Yardi.
  • Financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License (preferred).
